Wonderful Winter Digestive Tea blend

3 ingredients, but this tea has such a sweet, warming and subtle taste. The cardamom does a nice job of balancing the spice of the ginger so you get the heating digestive qualities without being too overwhelmed.

Ingredients:

  • 2-inch ginger root with skin cut into chunks

  • 2 TB coriander seeds

  • 8 green cardamom pods lightly crushed

  • 32-oz water


Directions:

You may choose to boil everything together and then strain, or steep hot water with the other ingredients for at least 10 minutes
