Your Path

All coaching begins with a Foundational Session. From there, your pace is determined by what's right for you.

 

01 · Foundational Session

Required first step ($209 USD)

90-minute initial assessment and 45-minute follow up. A comprehensive assessment of your energy, digestion, sleep, focus, stress, and movement. In your follow up, you'll receive a personalized plan built around the Seven Pillars of Health, with practical steps to begin immediately.You may choose to implement independently — or continue into ongoing coaching designed around your life.

 

02 · Coaching Program

Begins after the Foundational Session ($60 - $75 per session depending on frequency)

High-support integration of the Seven Pillars into your daily life, with structure, accountability, and ongoing refinement. Session frequency is determined by what's most appropriate for you.

 

Ideal if you want:

  • Expert guidance and a clear system

  • Accountability that keeps you on track when life gets busy

  • Meaningful, lasting change

03 · The Continuum

Monthly or quarterly — available after the Coaching Program ($75) 

Ongoing optimization to maintain momentum and adapt your plan as life evolves — workload, travel, stress cycles, seasons, and the long arc of your health.

 

Ideal if you:

  • Think long-term about your health and performance

  • Want to maintain progress without starting over

  • Value refinement and staying connected to your practice

 

Sessions are held on Zoom. All injuries and health conditions are discussed and accommodated during your Foundational Session.
