Coaching Program

Ongoing private sessions at a pace determined by what's right for you. Structure, accountability, and expert refinement as the plan takes shape in real life.

The Continuum

Monthly or quarterly check-ins to maintain momentum, adapt to changing seasons, and stay connected to your practice long-term.

 Hi, I'm Rachel

I'm an Ayurvedic counselor and movement specialist. I believe alignment is a way of living — when movement, breath, and daily rhythm work together, the body steadies, the mind clears, and life becomes less effortful.

If you've tried making changes on your own and are overwhelmed with information but underwhelmed by results — you're not alone. Most people don't need more information. They need a system, accountability, and someone who knows how to help them apply it.
